We are organising a weekly get together for everyone in Brighton who is having the creative DIY urges, but doesn't want to do it on their own, or lacking the skills.
With professional advice and guidance, you can now learn;
*Dressmaking (advance or beginners)
*Customising and alterations
*Bag making
*Knitting and crocheting
*Accessory and jewellery making
*Card making
All from 100% reclaimed and recycled materials.


Please let me know if you are intersted if so what particular skills and what days that would suit you.
The hours are 6-9pm
On either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening.

The costs;
£10 per 3 hour workshop if paid in advance for 4 sessions.
Or £15 for drop-in or one-off session

Not sure what to buy for for friends and family this Christmas? Well, look no further as we are doing an Open House on Lewes rd this November and December. There will be handbags, purses, jewellery, facsinators, cushions and much more.

After a successful two years, we are continuing to supply Red Mutha with our cutting edge designs. Pop down to their shop on Trafalgar street in Brighton. There is a lot to choose from!

After a long due 6 months travel, we are now back in Brighton, and continuing doing our bit just from where we left it. We have new and exciting projects coming up, so watch this space!

Yet another fashion sale is taking place at the Fabrica Gallery on Duke St Brighton. Ideal for some last minute christmas shopping. Over 50 independent designers, Dj's playing tunes, tea and wine served all day. Come and browse!

We have been donated the PE Design 7 software by Brother, so now we can create own designs on the computer and stick it into our Brother embroidery machine. The possibilities are endless! Watch this space. Soon we will have gorgeous embroidery decorating our garments and bags...

After 4 years of success, the Brighton Frocks is now hosting Brighton's first fashion weekend. There will be fashion shows, independent designer sales, workshops etc.
Leftover will be running four workshops over two days. They are free, but spaces are limited.

Tote Bag Making Workshop
Make a tote bag (shopper) from recycled textiles while learning the basics on the sewing machine. (If you don’t know already). Write a slogan with fabric paints, cut out iron-on shapes, and embellish with buttons and other trinkets. Once you got your own design bag, there is no excuse to use any plastic ones!!

Altering and Customising Workshop
Suffering from “have nothing to wear”,while your wardrobe is still overflowing with stuff? Too small, too big, holes, rips, or just boring and dated? Whatever the excuse just bring them along to learn how to turn them into something new and exciting. We will show the basics of fitting garments, and how to see deformities and imperfections as a starting point to create something original and fresh! (Some basic sewing machine skills are a plus, but not necessary)
